Locate the information pages relating to the product you are interested in – use the search box at the top of the screen or use the buttons to browse our Online products, Journals, Books, Data/Forecasts and Conferences.
Add to Cart
When you click on 'Add to Cart' you will be asked for the number of copies required (or the number of delegate places if you are booking a conference). At the same time, you have the option of adding an order reference (e.g. a purchase order number) and any Special Offer Code that you have been given by Warc. If the wrong currency is displayed use the ‘Change Country/Currency’ link. To continue, click on ‘Add to Cart’. Repeat this process until you have finished shopping.
Checkout
When you have finished shopping, click on one of the ‘Checkout’ buttons and you will be guided through the process described below.
Enter address
To begin the Checkout process you must login to an existing Warc Store Account, or create a new account. You can create an account by providing your e-mail address, plus a password of your choice, enabling you to return to this website to view the status of your order(s). Additionally, your address details will be remembered for subsequent orders, making the ordering process even easier.
New Customers: Enter your e-mail address and select 'I am a new customer' in the login box and complete the 'password' and 'confirm password' entries. Your password has to be a minimum of six characters.
Returning Customers: Select 'I am a returning customer' and enter the password you set up on a previous visit.
Forgotten your password? Just click on the link provided in the login box and your password will be e-mailed to you.
Please note that for your own security, it is not possible to recall credit card information using your e-mail address and password on this website.
When you have logged in, you will be asked to enter (or amend) the address that we will use for invoicing and shipping. If your order includes conference events, you will be prompted for contact information for each of the delegate places.
Confirm order
Once all the required address information has been captured a summary of your order will be displayed.
Payment options
Select your preferred method of payment: credit card, cheque or bank transfer. If you opt to pay by 'Cheque' or 'Bank Transfer' you must complete the purchase offline by printing out the proforma invoice and sending it with a cheque or bank transfer documents to Warc. We regret that orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
Confirm Payment
If you are paying by credit/debit card, please enter your card details and click on ‘Make Payment’. Your card will be charged immediately unless an item is out of stock.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to encrypt your credit card data before transmission across the Internet. This will prevent a third party from intercepting and reading your data.
You will receive two confirmation emails when your order by credit card: an email to acknowledge the details of your order, and a separate email which is your credit card receipt.

Payment may be made in the following ways:
Credit/Debit Card
American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro/Switch or Solo quoting the name on the card, card number and expiry date, and the start date or issue number.
Cheque (for orders completed offline)
Sterling cheques should be drawn on a UK bank account; US dollar checks on a USA bank account; Canadian Dollars (where applicable) on a Canadian Bank Account.
Bank Transfer (for orders completed offline)
Please advise our Customer Services department by e-mail, fax or post of the value and details of your transferred payment. Order ID(s) should be included with your payment slip plus any remittance advice.

Taxes
Some orders may be liable for Value Added Tax or other taxes. This will be added to the price during the Checkout process. Customers in the EU are exempt from VAT if they provide a VAT registration number or evidence of entitlement to exemption. If you are an EU customer you will be asked about this during the Checkout process.
If you have forgotten your Warc Store Account password, please enter your email address in the Store Login box and we will email the password to you.
To view the status of your order click on ‘Track my order’. Note that goods delivered within the UK weighing less than 5 kg are sent by Royal Mail and delivery takes 3-5 working days. Delivery outside the UK takes approximately 7-14 working days. All deliveries are subject to availability. Claims for goods not received should be made within 28 days of receipt of order.
Warc operates a ‘no questions asked’ returns policy. You may cancel your order at any time before your order is delivered and up to 7 working days following the day after the day you received your order. To return or cancel an order, please email orders@warc.com or contact your nearest Warc office.
If you have received your goods you will need to return them to the appropriate Freepost address below.
Returns will only be accepted if received in re-saleable condition and received within 28 days of receipt in the UK, 48 days of receipt in Europe and 3 months of receipt for any country outside of the UK and Europe. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or delivery note.

However, if you are still wary of making credit card purchases on the Internet you can use one of our other supported payment methods. Just print out the proforma invoice produced when you choose either the "cheque" or "bank transfer" methods and send a copy of the invoice with your cheque payment or quote our order reference when making a payment by bank transfer. (Cheques must be drawn on a UK bank.)
We respect the privacy of our on-line visitors. Warc only gathers personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, etc. when voluntarily submitted by the visitor. Warc and its divisions or subsidiaries may use this information for promotional purposes, and your details may be passed to other companies who wish to communicate relevant offers related to your business to you, unless you have opted out from receiving promotional mailings.
